Our General Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

All sales are final. Returns will result in store credit of equal value of customer's order total.

Cannot be combined with any other offer. No Rainchecks.

Our main delivery area is inside of UNITED STATES.


Delivery is usually shipped within 5 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when shipping can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee. 


Standard delivery charges will apply in accordance with the designated shipping company chosen for each shipment.

*If you filled in incorrect address and package is sent back to us you will be responsible for new shipping expenses to send package again

Certain countries require customs clearance and/or broker to clear customs. The LoO Company is not responsible for those charges and does not hold information on how much those charges might be - they vary from country to country.

*At this current time we only ship within the United States

Our goods are shipped based on best value to the LoO company.

Custom clearance information may be required for orders being shipped to the certain countries. If the USPS make contact requesting such information, the order will only be held for a short time of awaiting response.

The LoO Company  does not cover shipping costs when sending products back.


We accept a majority of credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and JCB). We also accept Apple Pay.

Complaints regarding defects or incomplete/ incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to Email: Contact Us Page

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We may deduct from your payment due loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The LoO Company is not responsible for covering shipping costs when sending product back.

Gifts are not eligible for a refund. You will be issued store credit instead.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Goods will remain the property of The LoO Company® US until payment has been made in full.


We are happy when we get pictures from you!!!

However, The LoO Company reserves right to delete or ban any harmful or negative content from social media pages if those comments were not made by customer. All customers comments positive OR negative will remain on social media pages with proper answer from The LoO Company team member.
